Nasarawa United FC of Lafia, has unveiled six new players ahead of the 2022/2023 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), season.
Those new fresh blood injected into the club to include three players, two goalkeepers, while one is a former player of the Lafia-based side who pitched tent elsewhere last campaign.

The new signings players are Sulaiman Jamilu, an attacker from Niger Tornadoes FC of Minna; right full-back, Victor Dennis, from Plateau United FC; Central defender, Benjamin Fredrick, from ABS FC of Ilorin, Kwara State, while Goalkeepers, Yinka David and Jerry Isaac both joined from Niger Tornadoes FC of Minna and Mountain of Fire and Miracles Centre Football Club, MFM FC, of Lagos, respectively.
Homeboy and attacker, Anas Yusuf, returned to the Solid Miners’ squad following spell with Wikki Tourists FC of Bauchi last term.
This is contained in a statement signed by the media officer of the club, Mr Eche Amos and obtained by Daily Trust in Lafia, the state capital on Saturday.
The team manager, Mr. Solomon Babanjah while signing in the new players at the Club’s house in Lafia, charged them to use their wealth of experiences from their former clubs to add value to their new team so as to enable the club to emerge victorious in the 2022/2022 NPFL season.
According to him, united would also sign a few more players in the coming days to solidify their squad.
