Lobi Stars have finalized the signing of 15 new players in preparation for the 2024-25 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
The new recruits include Ossy Martins, Hilega Bemshima, Komgbenda Joseph, Terna Peter Yoonen, and Aondoyavenga Japhet.
Also joining the squad are Torkuma Gyenkwe, Ifeanyi Assurance, Valentine Igiga, Jide Williams, Baba Tunde, Samuel Anefiok, Akor Itodo, Jimmy Iteji, Segun Oluwatoba, and Mathew Arinze.
Arinze, Oluwatoba, Iteji, and Itodo were signed from Abia Warriors, Ijebu United, Plateau United, and Gombe United, respectively. Anefiok, Martins, Tunde, Igiga, Williams, and Assurance made the switch from Doma United, Remo Stars, Akwa United, Gombe United, Bendel Insurance, and Bayelsa United.

The remaining players were scouted from various academies across Benue State. All the new signings are currently in Jos, training with the team as they gear up for the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, Plateau United is set to unveil their new signings today at the New Jos Stadium.
The unveiling ceremony, originally planned for earlier this month, was postponed due to nationwide protests.
Plateau United, who finished fifth last season and missed out on a continental spot, will kick off their 2024-25 campaign against Katsina United on Saturday, August 31.
