The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has empowered 100 women and youths with techno-cultural crafts training and demand-driven quick fix skills in Kaduna State.
NDE said the training was aimed at imparting skills to unemployed persons within a short time to make them self-reliant.

Addressing participants at the flag off and orientation of the trainees, NDE acting state Coordinator, Madam Victoria W. Dada, tasked the beneficiaries to take the training seriously.
In his remarks, a representative of NDE from Abuja, Mary Sunday, said the training would help to eradicate poverty and hunger.
