Addressing the party leaders during the meeting, Abba noted that it can take place during political processions, rallies and registration of voters among others. “Intimidation is the greatest threat to any election,” he said. The main purpose of the meeting, he stated, was to request the understanding and cooperation of every member of the political parties that are preparing for the 2015 general elections in Kaduna State, particularly as it concerns the conduct of campaigns, rallies and political meetings.
