“Today like all other months, we are disbursing the sum of N6.5 million to our various partners for the treatment of needy patients across the state. As such, I want to urge our partners in the hospitals and pharmaceutical shops committees to remain committed in ensuring proper utilisation of the funds allocated to them,” he said.

Maidoki urged wealthy individuals and organisations to complement government effort in bringing succour to the needy, especially those requiring urgent medical care and attention.

While commending Gov. Aminu Tambuwal for sustaining the free healthcare initiative, the Chairman restated that the assistant was not for the indigenous alone but all needy residents across the state.
