A member of the Eiye confraternity, identified simply as Biodun, has been arrested while on his way to carry out a nefarious operation at the Orile area of Lagos.
Lagos police spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, said two suspects were sighted around 9am, and that as soon as they saw a police patrol team they attempted to run away.
He explained that, “While one of them threw away his firearm and escaped, the other was arrested with a firearm, ammunition, an axe and a machete.’’
