Kebbi State Deputy Governor, Col Samaila Yombe Dabai (Rtd), has raised alarm that his pictures are being used for campaign posters of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
Addressing journalists in Birnin Kebbi, Dabai said some mischievous elements in the opposition party were out to discredit him as a loyal APC member and deputy governor of the state.

He said, “Using my pictures to campaign as running mate to PDP’s gubernatorial candidate is indeed laughable. APC is my first political journey and I remain resolute to its victory even after leaving office.”
But the Director General of the PDP campaign council in the state, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu, denied using the deputy governor’s pictures in their campaign posters.
He said Alhaji Samaila Bui, the party’s running mate, was a popular personality.
