Paul Okoye mocks Delta PPRO

Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye of the PSquare duo has responded to the Delta State police spokesman, Bright Edafe who insulted him on social media.

The drama began when the singer, in a post via his Instagram story on Sunday, September 4, 2022, cried foul over the arrest of his colleague, Ice Prince, saying that if a police officer enters his car and tells him to drive off, he will assume that the officer is a criminal or kidnapper.

In a post, made by the spokesperson of the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, on Friday, 5th of September, the Ice Prince was accused of abduction and threatening to throw an officer into the river after he was stopped for driving without number plates.

The music star was later prosecuted on the same day and remanded at the Ikoyi Prison till his bail requirements are met.
