Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, through his Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), “Hope Alive Initiative”, has donated a borehole to Ago-Iwoye community in Ogun.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the donation, under the theme: ‘Free Water For All,’ was part of the many projects undertaken by the NGO.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Convener of the NGO and Ooni’s wife, Olori Temitope Ogunwusi, said that the gesture was borne out of her passion to serve humanity and give back to her community.

According to her, the borehole projects have been going on in Ogun, with the latest being the fourth.
