KWARA, May 31st: A magistrate’s court sitting in Ilorin, Kwara State, has ordered the remand of one Alhaji Haruna Adu for hacking a man to death over a N100 loaf of bread.

The prosecutor, Inspector Innocent Owoola, told the court that the suspect bought bread worth N100 from the victim which led to a misunderstanding over the issue of payment.

Magistrate, Abdulganiyu Ajia, ordered the remand of the suspect and adjourned the case to June 26, 2022.
