Further down the chart, former number one Davido sees his hit “Gobe” slip to number two after two weeks at the top of the Official Naija Top 10.
The week’s highest climbers include: Wande Cole whose ‘The Kick’ went up three places to number 4; ‘Sexy Mama’ by Iyanya, which moved two places up to number 3; and D’Prince, whose ‘Goody Bag’ went up to number 7 from 9. Tuface’s ‘Dance Floor’ slips one place to number 9, as WizKid’s ‘Azonto’ remains at number 6 and Flavour’s ‘Chinny Baby’, at number 10.
Weekly, the Official Naija Top 10 is put together by a panel of judges comprising Nigerian broadcasters, music specialists and tastemakers, working with MTV Base to pick the winners and losers in the week’s chart.
