Oluwatosin Olatujoye, CEO of Zylus Group International, says he aims to address unemployment challenges in Nigeria by creating new job opportunities through his bank’s operations.
Oluwatosin shared his vision for Retrust Microfinance Bank’s impact on employment in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja.
“Unemployment remains a critical issue in our country, and we see Retrust Microfinance Bank as a catalyst for change.
“By expanding our operations, we aim to create job opportunities that will contribute to the economic empowerment of our community,” Oluwatosin said.

Retrust Microfinance Bank plans to hire locally, offering positions ranging from customer service roles to financial advisors and administrative staff.
These job opportunities are expected to provide employment to individuals with various skill sets and educational backgrounds, contributing to economic growth and stability.
