With the rising cost of living in Nigeria, YouthHubAfrica, a youth group is beginning its 13th edition of its Knowledge Management Series (KMS) to build the capacity of youth and to empower them.
In a statement, the organisation said the series also focuses on mentorship sessions with renowned individuals.
“Its mission is to educate and empower young people within and outside the organisation. Over the years, living in Nigeria has become more difficult for the younger generation. The high cost of living in Nigeria and economic hardship has led many Nigerians to seek greener abroad,” it noted.
Many citizens believe that leaving the country is the next best option. As such, the group said the series, which will begin in two weeks, will examine why citizens would instead leave than stay, if the country is beyond redemption and the options available for her citizens.
