The Gombe State Government has inaugurated a mobile application for the State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (GoHealth), aimed at enhancing quality healthcare delivery.
Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya inaugurated the mobile app during a stakeholders’ engagement on the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund (BHCPF), held at the Government House in Gombe.

Speaking while unveiling the application, Governor Yahaya said the initiative was in line with his administration’s policy of embracing technology-driven solutions to ensure effective healthcare service delivery to the people.
He said the stakeholders’ engagement was organised to create awareness and mobilise public participation in the newly introduced contributory healthcare scheme in the state.
Governor Yahaya added that since inception in 2021, the GoHealth had successfully enrolled over 25,000 poor and vulnerable persons in 11 LGAs of the state.
