Buni appoints 642 aides

Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni has approved the appointment of 523 special assistants, 104 senior special assistants and 15 liaison officers.

The appointments were contained in a letter signed by the Press Secretary to the Secretary to the state government Shuaibu Abdullahi.

Those in the list included former members of the state house of assembly, former Commissioners, former special advisers and assistants, youths, and women from the 17 local government areas in the state.

Among the appointees was also Isa Sunusi a former reporter with Daily Trust, BBC, and amnesty international.
