The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) said two bodies were also recovered by the divers on Monday.
FRSC spokesman, Florence Okpe, informed that two additional bodies were found on Tuesday, making a total of seven casualties so far.
“Update of Omo River crash: Two dead bodies found again by local divers, making a total of seven killed,” Okpe said on Tuesday night.
The FRSC spokesperson had earlier blamed the crash on speeding, which she said caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle which catapulted into the water from the bridge.
