Writer Amaka Azie said her last good read is ‘Welcome to Lagos’ by Chibundu Onuzo. “I loved the hilarious description of life in Lagos. Anyone who has ever lived in Lagos would find this book thoroughly entertaining or grossly irritating,” she said.
Amaka Azie writes romance fiction set in tropical West Africa. She is author of four books: ‘Melodies of Love’, ‘Thorns and Roses’, ‘Starting Over Again’, and ‘The Senator’s Daughter’. She currently resides in England with her family, where she also works part time as a family doctor. Apart from reading and writing, she enjoys watching crime TV shows, painting and travelling.
