The crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State, has been resolved as the warring factions met in Kaduna State.
At the end of the meeting, the party picked former governor of the state, Abdulaziz Yari as leader of the party in the state.

The resolutions of the meeting, read by one of the stakeholders, Dr. Mikailu Barau , the party chieftains also agreed to collapse the party into one structure.
He also said that Senator Kabiru Marafa has agreed to drop all court cases instituted against the party as part of the reconciliation.
The meeting had in attendance the supporters of both Yari and Senator Marafa from all the 147 wards of the state.
To achieve a genuine peace, Barau said that 11-point resolution have been adopted by the camps.
