The Borno State Government has mobilised N2 billion to empower medium scale entrepreneurs in the state.
Governor Babagana Umara Zulum disclosed this in Abuja yesterday at the disbursement of resettlement packs and micro loans to beneficiaries from the state, by the National Directorate of Employment.
Zulum said; “We are mobilising about N2 billion to empower medium scale entrepreneurs in the state.”

“So far so good, the sum of N1 billion is in our account. Very soon, we’ll start the disbarment programme starting from Monday market.”
The governor said he would visit the Minister of Labour and Employment to ensure more synergy between his state and the federal government in empowering the populace.
