The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced new dates for the conduct of ward, local government area (LGA) and state congresses.
This followed the nullification of the earlier congresses conducted by Chief John Odigie-Oyegun-led National Working Committee (NWC) that took away party structure from Governor Rochas Okorocha.
The APC National Organising Secretary, Barr. Emma Ibediro who announced the schedule for the conduct of fresh congresses in Imo State, said ward congresses would hold on Friday, July 20; LGA congresses on Saturday, July 21 and state congress on Monday July 23, 2018.
