Edo APC members ask Obaseki to redeem ‘stomach infrastructure’ promise

Members of the APC in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State have called on Governor Godwin Obaseki to fulfill his ‘stomach infrastructure’ promises to party faithful which he made during his campaign.

The APC Chairman in the council, Godwin Alabi, made the call in Benin in his welcome address during the governor’s “thank you visit” to the area.

He said, “I want to thank the governor for all that he has been doing in the state. But one thing I would not forget to talk about is stomach infrastructure for members. This is part of your electioneering promises to the members of the party in the state. Sir, I only tell you as a reminder,” he said.

In his remark, the state APC Chairman, Anselm Ojezua, noted that the labourer was entitled to his wages.

Responding, Obaseki assured the party members that he would fulfill all the promises he made during the electioneering campaign.
