The gubernatorial candidate of Progressive Peoples Alliance (PPA) in the forthcoming Anambra election, Mr Godwin Ezeemo, has said that he left the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a result of absence of internal democracy in the party.
He said he single-handedly funded the establishment of APC in Anambra State only to be edged out due to what he termed “undemocratic practices in the party.”
Ezeemo, said during a recent live Facebook interview that he sponsored several politicians in the past, including the minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige, adding that they disappointed him due to their inordinate ambition at the expense of Anambra people.
