Qualifications: knowledge and experience in Development Arena – Understands policy making process; distils operationally relevant recommendations/lessons for clients. Policy Dialogue Skills – Identifies and assesses policy issues and plays an active role in the dialogue with the government and/or other stakeholders, etc.
