Disclosing this in a chat with Trustsports on phone yesterday, the IBB International Golf and Country Club Lady Captain, Wosilat Nana Abubakar also said there are a number of trophies to be won in various categories.
According to Nana Abubakar, the event which is for amateur golfers is an annual event on the calendar of the IBB Golf Club.
“The event is the 14 th edition of the IBB Golf Club Ladies Open and we are expecting 200 golfers from within and outside the country, like Ghana, Senegal and other neighbouring countries.

“It is an amateur tournament so there will be no prizes, but there are trophies and other prizes that will presented to winners on various categories on Sunday”, the Lady Captain stated.
