Jigawa Assembly speaker weeps as Lamido presents final budget

The speaker, who could not contain his emotion over Lamido’s farewell budget presentation to the House, said Jigawa will remain eternally grateful to the governor for “the uncommon transformation of the state in the past eight years.”  
Earlier, in his presentation, the governor said the total amount proposed to be expended during the 2015 fiscal year was N99 billion.
