… As Uni-Ilorin ASUU gets new exco

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) Uni-Ilorin chapter on Wednesday conducted elections into the Executive Committee.
The new executive officers of ASUU Unilorin are the following:
 Dr Kayode Niyi  Afolayan – Chairperson, Dr Bode Olumorin, Vice Chairperson, Dr  Solomon Oyelekan- Secretary, Dr. Abdul Ganiyu  Olatunji – Treasurer, Mr Abdulateef Raji – Financial Secretary, Mr  Ganiyu  Shittu  Olahan -Internal Auditor, and Welfare Officer Dr Adesola Idowu.
The election was conducted and supervised by representatives of the national council of the union in line with the union’s constitutions.
 With the election, the union has completed a constitutional transition from its last recognized executive in Uni-Iloring branch, led by Dr. Taiwo Oloruntoba-Oju.
