The Senior Special Adviser (SSA) on Electronic Media to the Kaduna State Governor, Dahiru Ahmed, has said that Governor Uba Sani is yet to appoint commissioners as a deliberate approach at ensuring that individuals with integrity and impeccable character are brought on board.
Speaking yesterday during an interview on a private radio station in the state, he appealed to the people of the state to include the governor in their prayers by asking for God’s guidance in the selection of individuals that meant well for the state.
He said, “The governor is diligently working to ensure that only credible individuals are appointed as commissioners. His desire is to have people who fear God and are willing to serve. So, there is no rush in making these appointments at the moment.”
He further said the list of appointees would soon be presented to the House of Assembly.
Dahiru expressed the governor’s willingness to collaborate with the members of the National Assembly and the House of Assembly to deliver good governance to the people.
