Zulum frowns at violence in Biu

Governor Babagana Umara Zulum of Borno State said violent behaviours of youths would not be tolerated in the state.

Reacting to violence among political thugs in Biu, the governor warned politicians against encouraging youths to engage in unlawful activities. He directed law enforcement personnel to prosecute miscreants.

The warming was given during the presentation of grants to small and medium enterprises.

N1billion was released to 5,000 entrepreneurs from the Maiduguri Metropolitan Council Biu, Gowza, Ngala, Monguno, and Mobbar local government areas during the occasion.
