The Emir of Zazzau, Mallam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani and the Minister of Environment, Balarabe Abas were among the thousands of Muslims who attended the Eid prayers in Zaria.
Sheikh Dalhat Kasim, the Chief Imam of Zazzau, in his sermon after the prayer, enjoined Muslims to uphold the good virtues of Ramadan.
He admonished Nigerians to continue to love one another in the spirit of unity and brotherliness while stressing the importance of religious tolerance for the development of the country.

Imam Kasim also emphasised the need for all Nigerians to engage in prayers for the leaders to enable them to lead the masses well.
