Youths urged to shun divisive tendencies, promote unity

Nigerian youths have been charged to be in the vanguard of a better future by shunning divisive tendencies and promoting national unity.

The Director of Administration to the Senate President, Hon Dennis Olufemi Fadairo, gave the charge at the World Omoluabi Day Festival in Ile-Ife, Osun State.

The event which was organised by the Yoruba Council Worldwide, also known as Igbimon Apapo Yoruba, was attended by youths from different parts of the country and the diaspora.

The event was supported by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, as part of his youths development drive.

Fadairo who was honoured at the event as the Asoju Odo Oodua (Oodua Youth Ambassador) for his support for youth development, promised to do more by assisting the youths to attain higher heights.
