Youths protest over card reader in Shomolu.
Angry youths in ward 9,unit 28 of Shomolu are currently protesting over the malfunctioning of the electronic card reader there.The youths numbering over 25 threatened to disrupt the ongoing exercise if the card reader is not made to function.INEC officials and police here have appealed to the youths to sheathed their swords.
