An amalgamation of youth groups and associations across the Northwest geopolitical zone has called on members of the ruling APC to rally around Rinsola Abiola to emerge as the party’s National Youth Leader.

Addressing a press conference in Kano on Friday, the coordinator of the youths, Sabiu Sulaiman Ibrahim, said Rinsola will help to mobilise young voters for the 2023 elections through extensive nationwide engagements with different segments of youths across the country.
“With this, she can be able to help Nigerian youth navigate correctly with clear vision and direction,” he said, adding that this will further give impetus to the spirit and philosophy of the Not-Too-Young-To-Run.
“Our choice, Rinsola, is committed to youth and women inclusion in politics; she believes in creating spaces for our women and young ones and above all, she is unarguably patriotic and detribalised, just like her late father, Chief MKO Abiola,” Ibrahim said.
