Former Ambassador of the National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS), Beauty Aliyu has donated food Items to patients at the Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital (DASH) in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
During the visit, she distributed food and laundry items to patients as part of activities to mark her 28th birthday.
Beauty who spoke to our reporter after the gesture said, “I personally find joy deep inside me helping the humanity, and I pray to God to give me more strength to affect the lives of the needy positively.”
She called on Nigerians to impact the lives of the poor and the less privileged in the society.
A nurse, Mrs Awayi Sylvanus thanked her for the visit and generosity extended to the patients.
Speaking on behalf of the recipients, a patient, Pa Adamu said it was good that patients are remembered at their critical moments.
