The Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory, Dr. Ramatu Aliyu, has cautioned Corps members serving in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) that in as much as the FCT Police Command and other security agencies are up and doing to ensure adequate security for them, they should not get involved in any activity that will endanger their lives.

Speaking yesterday in Abuja through the Director, Special Duties of the FCT, Mr. Udo Atang at the closing ceremony of the orientation course for the 2019 batch C stream 1, she warned that they should avoid illegal journeys, late night outings amongst other illicit behaviours but rather engage in activities that will promote the image of the scheme.

She told them that the FCT was still developing hence they have a lot to contribute to the development of the FCT especially the rural area such as healthcare, education as well as agriculture.
