Yola shuts down as AUN celebrates founders’ day

Yola, the capital of Adamawa state is currently agog as political, traditional, religious and other prominent leaders from home and abroad are converging at the Lamido Aliyu Musdafa Hall to celebrate the American University of Nigeria (AUN) Founders’ Day.

Founder of the AUN and former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar; Governor Hassan Ibrahim Dankwambo of Gombe State; Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State; the PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus; Senate President Bukola Saraki; former governor of Niger State, Babangida Aliyu; Chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees (BoT), Senator Walid Jibrin; Senator Ben Bruce are among dignitaries at the ceremony.

Similarly, the representatives of the USA, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Chad, Rwanda, Senegal, Nigeria and many others are in attendance.
