Multiple award-winning Nigerian songstress, Yemi Alade fondly known as Mama Africa is set to release a new body of work which is her third EP titled, African Baddie.
The record which would be available via Effyzzie Music is a 10-track project which features collaborations with world-rated musicians such as the queen of Dancehall; Spice, Phyno, Bisa Kdei, Zlatan Ibile, Bramsito, Joe Dwẻt File, and British-Nigerian singer, Lemar. It was gathered that the EP would be released on December 2.

‘African Baddie’ follows Yemi Alade’s Grammy award-winning contributions to Angelique Kidjo’s ‘Mother Nature’ album earlier this year and Beyonce’s ‘BLACK IS KING’ of 2021.
Yemi Alade is a BET Awards 2015 and 2016 nominee for ‘Best International Act Africa’, a two-time nominee MOBO Awards for ‘Best International Act’ 2014 and 2015, winner ‘MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) for Best Female 2015 and 2016.
Meanwhile, hours ago, the singer revealed how robbers stormed her hotel room in Abidjan and stole all her money. According to the Johnny singer, via her verified Twitter account, she narrated that a few minutes after she left her room, some unknown people decided to go through her things, and stole all the money they could find. She further noted that the hotel authorities are investigating the matter.
