Xenophobic attacks: Protesters storm Abuja ShopRite, block Airport road

Angry protesters on Wednesday blocked Umaru Musa Yar’adua Expressway to protest the killings of Nigerians in South Africa.

The protesters, who were holding sticks and iron rods, were stopping motorists on the ever busy highway.

Motorists coming from Kuje axis were being asked to turn before ShopRite mall along the highway.
