The Rotary Club International has commenced massive sensitisation of Bauchi State residents on routine polio immunisation to address some norms and customs against the vaccines, insisting that the vaccines are safe.
Speaking during the sensitisation to mark the 2022 World Polio Day on Monday in Bauchi, President of Rotary Club International, Chukwunonso Nwobi, explained that the campaign was meant to make the people of the state to embrace vaccination to consolidate the successes of a certified polio-free state.
