A former Nigerian Ambassador to Mexico, Professor Iyorwuse Hagher, has called on government and private organisations to intensify training and re-training of workers across every sector as the surest means of enhancing manpower and effective service delivery.
Professor Hagher made the call yesterday in Jos at the graduation of 53 ITC students of the Leadership Institute.

He pointed out that the institute which he founded alongside other eminent Nigerians had contributed immensely to the development of quality leaders in every profession in the country.
The graduates trained in computer science and application were drawn from the National Directorate of Employment (NDE).
