Woman kidnapped in Ogun 1 year after son’s abduction

A 52-year-old housewife has been kidnapped from her residence in Jagunna village in Olorunsogo in Ogun State.

The police spokesman in the state, Omolola Odutola, said a resident of Jagunna village, one Olorunsogo, reported to the DPO Ifo that at about the same time last year the son of the victim was abducted.

He said, “The village has been visited and security has been tightened. The DPO has also contacted stakeholders and community leaders with a view to collectively put together a security architecture to rescue her unhurt and to forestall future occurrence.”
