A 35-year-old woman, Chukwu Emeka Madonna, on Monday, appeared before a Kubwa area court for threatening to kill a woman, Francis Anna.
The police charged Madonna, who resides opposite Kukwaba Motor Park, Kubwa, with criminal intimidation.
The prosecutor, John Okpa, told the court that the suspect, on March 17, acted in a manner without provocation and threatened to eliminate the complainant before the end of December, 2022.

The suspect pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The judge, Muhammed Adamu Wakili, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N200,000 with a surety in like sum and adjourned the case to May 4.
