A 42-year-old woman, Bosede Enigbokun, was on Monday arraigned in an Ojo magistrates’ court, Lagos, for pouring her urine from her flat in a storey building.
The prosecutor, Dr Simon Uche, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on October 3, at No 2, Sunny Street, in the Ajangbadi area of Ojo.

He said the defendant who occupied a flat on the top floor of the building threw her urine from her flat which touched other tenants on the ground floor and which caused environmental pollution.
He further said that the defendant also assaulted her neighbour, Mr Adesina Oloye, who confronted her and tore his attire.
The magistrate, L. J. Layeni, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum and adjourned to December 28. (NAN)
