Witchcraft suspect killed in Kebbi

A man, Bahago Kofa, suspected of witchcraft has been axed to death by one Isaac at Kuraje village in Ngaski LGA of Kebbi State.

The police command’s spokesman, SP Nafiu Abubakar, explained that Isaac, who suspected Kofa of witchcraft, went to his house and inflicted injuries to his head with an axe, noting that Kofa died while receiving treatment in a hospital.

He said the suspect, Isaac, had confessed to the crime and that investigation into the case was ongoing.
