Comedian Isaac Olayiwola popularly known as Layi Wasabi has described his emergence as the Best Digital Content Creator at the 2024 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) as a dream come true.
The comedian who was a guest speaker at the Wellspring College during the International Day of the Boy Child held in Lagos encouraged the students to pay attention to their academics, saying they possess the qualities to achieve their dreams in life.
“I hope it encourages many dreamers out there to just do what they want to do. The world is your oil star basically; you can become whatever you want to become.
“Two years ago, I was Osogbo and two years till now, I am an AMCVN winner, so it shows that dreams come true and I am just happy to be an epitome of that,” he said.

However, he stressed that gender inequality has pushed the boy child behind, encouraging the society to give a balance for both the male and female gender to thrive.
The principal, Wellspring College, Innocent Agofure, emphasised that less attention to the boy child could drive them to depression and social vices, urging parents to invest quality time in relating to them.
