Winners emerge in tertiary education problem-solving contest

Three winners have emerged in the Future Pathways Development Initiative (FPDI) competition to proffer solutions to tertiary education sector challenges in the country.

At the end of the competition, Emmanuel Opatola and Yusuf Babatunde, came first with a cash prize of N250,000 for their presentation, ‘Team Quality and Sustainable Education’

Also, Olamilekan Adebanjo and Boluwatife Faturoti came second with a cash prize of N100,000, while Miss Precious Adeleke came third with a cash prize of N50,000.

The Executive Director of FPDI, Ayokunnu Ojeniyi announced this weekend at the grand finale of the NGO’s first policy competition organised for university students titled, ‘Improving the Quality of Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria’

“The goal of the policy competition is aimed at inspiring Nigerian youths to actively participate in the public policy processes,” he said.
