Wikki Tourist, Madiba FC, Ikorodu City and Sporting Supreme FC have ended as the table toppers of each conference of the 2023/2024 Nigeria National League (NNL) season after the round off of the league’s first stanza on Saturday, February 3, 2024.
The first stanza saw 40 clubs grouped into conference A,B,C,D trade tackles among themselves for eleven weeks of the first stanza in their quest of gaining promotion from the second-tier league into the top-flight league- Nigeria Premier Football League, (NPFL).
After the first stanza, Lagos-based club Madiba FC gathered twenty-five points from eight wins, two losses plus a draw to sit at the top in the Conference A. The second on the log is Beyond Limits Academy- the academy team of Remo stars with eighteen points while Dakkada Fc from Uyo are currently in the third position also have eighteen points.
In Conference B, it is survival for the fittest as the top three are separated by one point each. Ikorodu City FC defeated Crown FC, 3-1 at the last match of the first stanza played at the weekend in Onikan stadium to finish at the top of the table with eighteen points.

The second on the log is Inter Lagos Fc who played goalless against visiting Osun United FC to end with seventeen points while Crown FC of Ogbomoso are currently on the third position with sixteen points.
Also the standing among the top three clubs in Conference C is a vivid picture of might and strength. The trio; Wikki Tourist, Elkanemi Warriors and Nasarawa United who are not strangers to the terrain of the top-flight league are separated by one point as Wikki Tourist top with sixteen points.
Elkanemi Warriors and Nasarawa United are currently in second and third position with fifteen and fourteen points respectively.
However, there is space of breath in Conference D as Sporting Supreme FC top the table with fourteen points while Sokoto United are trailing with two points from the second position. The third on the log is Adamawa United with eleven points.
