The Association of Health Records Practitioners of Nigeria (AHRPN) has said it launched anti-quackery campaign to sensitize the public on need to engage only qualified health records officers and ultimately to rid the health records sector of quacks.
The National President of the association, Okereke Boniface Jerry, made the remark during a meeting with Plateau state chapter of the association in Jos yesterday, saying he was in Plateau State to formally announce enforcement of the campaign against quackery in the profession.
Jerry urged members to embrace the campaign against quackery as already flagged off in the nation’s capital, Abuja.
The state President of the union, Alhaji Ahmad Lamba said the presence of the national president had strengthened the campaign against quackery.
