A former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Prof. Charles Soludo, has said he is in the race for the November 6, 2021 governorship election in Anambra State to win and deliver good governance to the people.
In an interactive session with newsmen at the weekend in Awka, the state capital, Soludo said his agenda was to govern the state in a manner that serves as an appreciation of what God has done to his life.

“It is my intention to turn around the state for good. I will turn around the education sector in the state as one of the best in the country, comparable to others in the world.
“I want to create an environment where the Anambra people and unborn children will be proud to call their state. We must come together and build our state for ourselves and for our children.
“I thank God for his blessing upon my life and I want God to use me as contact of blessings to others. I am in the governorship race to bring my service home and touch the lives of the people in the state,” he said.
