Raymond Ibrahim, a suspected killer of one Mika Luka, on Wednesday, revealed that he killed Luka because of money that he wanted to take from him.
Daily Trust had on December 31, 2021, reported how Luka, a resident of Double Dollar Community of Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State, was killed by his friend, Ibrahim, and his tricycle taken away.
According to Raymond, the victim told him that he had money and that he lured him to a building where he stabbed him to death but did not find any money, adding that after killing his friend, he took away his tricycle to sell.
The suspect made the revelation at the state police command while being paraded alongside 42 other suspected armed robbers and kidnappers.
While parading the suspects, the state’s Commissioner of Police, Edward Egbuka, said the success of the arrests followed the effort of the police to fight all forms of criminality in the state.
