Why I don’t give people my used clothes, shoes — Tiwa Savage’s mum

Nigerian famous singer, Tiwa Savage has shared a short video snippet of a conversation she had with her mother, Cecilia. In the video, the iconic singer was seen trying to convince her mother to learn how to give her old clothes to people.

The singer further tried letting her mother know that the old clothes and shoes she stored in boxes constituted a junk in the house. Replying to the songstress, her mother simply said, “An Englishman’s house is his castle and a home with love. It is not a palace but it is a home with love.”

While insisting on her point that her mother should be charitable with her old clothes, Tiwa said, “It will still be nice to give some out. You can help other people by giving some of these things out. All these boxes with clothes and shoes.”

“What should I give out? It could still be useful. Never mind, I am still alive,” the elderly Savage said.
